Igniting The Technology
Go to START > RUN
Type GPEDIT.MSC
Navagate to USER CONFIGURATION >ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES >Click on DESKTOP,
On the right hand pane find " Remove Recycle Bin icon on the desktop " , double left click on it to ENABLEit.
